The Company shall disclose information required to be disclosed by "Timely Disclosure Rule" on the timely disclosure circulation system ("TDnet") provided by the Tokyo Stock Exchange ("TSE") with the pre-explanation to the TSE according to the rule. The Company shall carry out its information disclosure activates more fairly and broadly by posting on the Site and through other means. However, release on the Site may be slightly delayed in some cases due to preparation for posting and for other reasons.
The Company became listed on the London Stock Exchange ("LSE") in March 2000. Since then we have been disclosing the latest information updates on important corporate and business topics to the LSE in a timely manner within 72 hours since the disclosure on the TDnet.

In order to ensure fairness and prevent any information leaks related to earning results prior to announcement, the Company observes a designated period of time ("Quiet Period") between closing date and announcement date of financial results of each quarter. During this Quiet Period, the Company will not comment on the status of the current quarter's business operations and results. In the event of unforeseen circumstances that expected operating results for the quarter will exceed or fall short of original forecast, the company will disclose the revised forecast immediately in accordance with the rules and regulations by Tokyo Stock Exchange.
