The telephone service centers were established with the objective of further improving our customer service and, by raising the level of operational efficiency, creating a better working environment that takes employee satisfaction into consideration. In addition to carrying part of our consulting services currently provided to customers at all of TAKEFUJI's branch offices, the telephone service centers will be involved in preparing the necessary data for conducting the higher-level, intensive consulting operations that are being planned as a next step. With the intention of bringing together all of our consulting operations at the telephone service centers, we are planning to introduce the latest technology-such as automatic dialing and dialing optimization-into our operations in November.
