We have refrained from contacting customers residing in the quake-devastated areas since the occurrence of the earthquake on October 23rd. Following the actions taken at the time of the major earthquake hit South Hyogo region in 1995, the Company has decided to grant an extension on payments due for the period of 3 months to all customers registered in the branch offices located in the areas, to which Disaster Relief Law applies. On this grant of extension, there will be no late-payment fees. For customers whose houses were completely or partially destroyed as a result of the earthquake, all interests will be discharged for three months.
