("Marutake Sangyo") that additional 5,630,000 shares of Takefuji (representing 563,000 voting rights, or 4.00% of total) have been placed in another trust. According to the report, the voting rights on the shares in trust are to be exercised at the sole discretion of the trustee, and Marutake Sangyo will not retain any right to exercise, or to provide instructions on the exercise of voting rights on such shares.
