The redesigned website has additional contents that includes a change of domain, the establishment of blogs and a brief volleyball clinic.   Previously, the official website for Takefuji Bamboo was a part of the Company's website. The renewed website enables direct access to Takefuji Bamboo's own website. This makes it much easier for the team to communicate with Takefuji Bamboo fans. The domain name has changed to one that is easy to remember. Even if you have not been to Takefuji Bamboo's games, the website provides you with ready access to information about the players and the results of past games.   The new official website not only shows the results of Takefuji Bamboo's games. But also, Bamboo News will keep you updated on future events. Unlike its predecessor, the new website gives you tips for improving your volleyball skills. The name of the team, Takefuji Bamboo, derives from our strong wishes for the players to grow energetically, strongly and honestly, just like a young bamboo shoot stretching up toward the sky. Young bamboo is also represented in the team's logo, which was inspired by Kaguyahime, the Japanese fairy tale of a girl that was born from bamboo. The logo also reflects our wishes that the players and the team will be blessed with the fans' support forever. Takefuji Bamboo has made social contributions by providing volleyball classes for elementary, junior high and high school students as well as housewives, not only in Saitama Prefecture where the team's home base is located, but also throughout Japan.
