This 24-hour service enables our customers to make repayments from their preferred terminal devices such as a mobile phone or a personal computer, wherever and whenever the requirement occurs. The Company believes that newly introduced on-line repayment service will contribute to enhancing customer's convenience. Steps for using this service are as follows: 1. Check the balance and register the amount of repayment with the Company's official web site. 2. Taking necessary steps to process repayment through net banking web-site provided by financial institutions, (*2) . The Company will bear the costs of these transactions. In principle, the Company has been encouraging internet-based services from the early stage to improve customer's convenience further. With the corporate policy, "Customer First", the Company will be providing advanced technological service that meets the requirement of information technology generation and promote expanding market channels.
