The details of the appointment are as follows: Notes 1. Reason for appointment of temporary independent auditor   As ChuoAoyama Audit Corporation (CAAC), the Company�fs independent auditor, was subject to the suspension of business for a two-month period, from July 1, 2006 until August 31, 2006, imposed as a sanction by the Financial Services Agency on May 10, 2006, CAAC lost its qualification as independent auditor as of June 30, 2006. Following this sanction, to avoid the absence of an independent auditor during the period of CAAC�fs business suspension and to ensure that the Company can be audited without interruption, the Company appointed Zenichi Matsumoto, CPA, as temporary independent auditor. Further, with the purpose of bolstering the confidence of shareholders and investors, the Company plans to appoint additional temporary independent auditors from leading auditing firms. In addition, on the appointment of independent auditors, so the Company may receive a high quality auditing service that has the trust of shareholders and investors, after deliberate examination, the Company plans to refer candidates for independent auditor to the regular general shareholders meeting scheduled for June 2007. 2.
