Reason for the appointment of additional temporary independent auditor   Takefuji Corporation has made the appointment with Zenichi Matsumoto, CPA, as our temporary independent auditor, which was named at the Board of Corporate Auditors Meeting held on 1st July 2006. With deliberate consideration of that MISUZU Audit Corporation (former ChuoAoyama Audit Corporation (CAAC)) had audited our accounts fairly and trustfully whilst the contract was implemented and they have made sincere effort to prevent similar incident, Takefuji Corporation announces to have MISUZU Audit Corporation as an additional appointment of a temporary independent auditor for accounting audit consistency and stability. The double auditing system provided by Zenichi Matsumoto, CPA, and MISUZU Audit Corporation takes that affect from 12th September 2006. An accounting auditor will be named at The General Meeting 2007, after contracts with those temporary independent auditors are expired. 2.
