Launch of New Service, "Keitai ¥en-Musubi", with Camera Phones


Takefuji Corporation is pleased to announce our new service "Keitai ¥en-musubi", which achieves simple application in any circumstance, starts on September 28, 2006.
The most significant feature of this service is that it will be able to meet customer's urgent needs of loans in such a short time because of its smooth consistent progress from applying loan to making a contract through screening by using their mobile camera phones. The "Keitai ¥en-musubi" service is currently available for NTT DoCoMo users of 3G (third-generation).

A customer will be requested to show documents for personal identification when he/she firstly applies for loan with Takefuji. The "Keitai ¥en-musubi" asks the customer to transmit photo of ID (the data are encoded) for screening. Our existing method requires; (1) Sending a copy of ID by an applicant or (2) Visiting either a branch office or an unmanned branch office to show ID. We believe the "Keitai ¥en-musubi" saves time in making loan application, and it is very convenient for customers to be able to complete all application process at any time and in any place.
We hope this service will meet our customer's needs and much more increase their convenience.

[How to use]
 
  1. Access Takefuji Official HP (http://www.takefuji.co.jp/) by your camera phone and choose "For New Customer"
  2. If you were a user of an applicable model, the "i-application download" dialog appears as necessary information is input.
  3. Download "Keitai ¥en-musubi" application and take a photo of your ID and upload the data.
  4. Takefuji Corporation confirms the ID and informs you a screening result.
