•	Introduced warm biz attire at the head office

•	20 people volunteered to work in a concession stand run by a sheltered workshop for intellectually challenged individuals at the Fukaya Convention of the V-Premier League

•	Donated 266 calendars and 45 pocket notebooks to calendar and pocket notebook charity bazaar sponsored by the Nippon Volunteer Network Active in Disaster, an NGO body

•	214 people participated in the 4th JCFA Blood Drive
•	Held St. Valentine's Day Charity Event
•	Launched "benecere eco Green Loan"
